This week in Colorado weather: November 8, 2021

After an unseasonably warm weekend across the Front Range, this week starts and ends with seasonal to below normal temperatures. A series of cold fronts will traverse through our area as a storm system strengthens over the midsection of the country. This pattern will favor snow for the higher terrain mid to late-week, but just dry, breezy, and chilly conditions for the Plains. Denver and Boulder are both rapidly approaching record territory for the latest first snow.

This week in Colorado weather: November 1, 2021

The week kicks off with cold and unsettled conditions lingering across the Front Range. A combination of chilly upslope and the nearby jet stream will produce scattered rain and snow showers for the entire region with a chance some areas could see minor snow accumulations. This week in Colorado weather: October 11, 2021

An active weather pattern is in store this week as two wintry storm systems take aim on the region. The first one arrives Tuesday with a second following up on Thursday. Both systems will provide impacts for the Mountains and Plains in terms of precipitation, gusty winds, and colder temperatures, but it appears the second one will offer the better chance for the first accumulating snow event in the Boulder-Denver area. This week in Colorado weather: September 20, 2021

Seasonal change is ongoing across Colorado as of early Monday morning with a blustery Pacific storm system plowing across the state. Snow is falling in the Mountains with some rain across the Denver area, too. This storm system will usher in much cooler temperatures to start the week.
