Your friendly BoulderCAST meteorologist, Dr. Andrew Kren, is hosting a fundraiser for the Harvest of Hope food pantry in Boulder on the evening of Saturday, February 23rd. The night’s festivities include a silent auction with prizes donated by popular local businesses and one hundred fast-paced trivia questions, all the while enjoying beer and free appetizers. We hope you will join us in support of a good, local cause!

Harvest of Hope food pantry provides free healthy, supplemental food to Boulder families and individuals in need of food assistance in a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. They support both those with kitchens and individuals who are currently homeless. The pantry opened its doors in 2012 and now serves 1200 clients each week on average in Boulder, distributing more than a half million pounds of food in 2018. About 90% of their funding goes directly towards their food programs. More information can be found on their website.

Dr. Andrew Kren will be there for the evening and will be the host of the trivia event. Trivia will consist of 10 rounds with 10 questions per round in a family friendly environment. Food and drinks will be served, as well as games in between rounds. All proceeds will go directly toward the pantry’s programs, serving those most in need across the city of Boulder. Prizes will be awarded to top teams as well…

Entree is $25 per person or $135 for a full table of six.
